Ingredients

Chicken……………………1/2 kg

Rice…………………………1/2 kg

Carrot……………………..4

Capsicum………………..2

Peas……………………..1 cup

Cabbage………………..1

Green Onions…………2

Garlic Paste……………1 tbsp

Soya sauce…………….1 tbsp

Chilli Sauce……………1 tbsp

Chinese salt…………..1 tbsp

Table salt……………..3 tbsp

Black pepper…………1 tbsp

White vinegar……….1 tbsp

Eggs……………………..4

Yellow food color……a few pinches

Oil………………………..5-6 tbsp

Water……………………as required

Method of Cooking

  • Cut and chop all vegetables and keep in a separate bowl.

  • Take a wok and fry garlic paste in it. Now add vegetables one by one and stir fry.

  • Boil chicken in water. Don’t forget to add a pinch of salt and a tablespoon of oil.

  • Now add salt, soya sauce, chinese salt, table salt, chilli sauce, and white vinegar in the fried vegetables and add chicken.

  • Now boil half kg rice and leave them half done.

  • Take a large pot and layer rice and vegetable mixture.

  • Heat them at low heat for at least 10 minutes.

  • Serve with a sauce of your choice.
