Some studies reveal that excessive drinking of coffee can lead to stomach problems and even cancer (pancreatic, bladder, gall bladder, etc.). However, no efficient evidences have been found to link such cases with the consumption of coffee. Such studies are therefore considered to be inconclusive.
Should You Drink Coffee?
It would be wise to look at the pros and cons of drinking coffee so as to be sure that you are not putting your health in danger. As with all other things in life, moderation is the key to making sure that you are getting the most benefits from this type of drink. 3 to 5 cups of coffee in a day is considered to be safe, as long as you are also taking in 8 to10 glasses of water. The stimulating properties of coffees can indeed help in keeping you active and productive, but it can also cause mild dehydration if you are not consuming enough water.
