Otherwise, the sugar components in fruits are relatively harmless to everyone. And they are definitely safer than the artificial sugars found in food too (especially treats).

There is actually a limit as to the amount of protein that should be ingested by the body. Studies have shown that too much protein can actually lead to constipation, diarrhea, and even renal damage. Energy Bars Are Good For You
Those delicious and supposed-to-be nutritious energy bars are actually loaded with sugar, whey protein, and soy. If you don’t know it yet, all these ingredients are dangerous to one’s health. The whey protein, for one, is a processed component; so it can really poison your body inside. As for soy, this has been proven to be one of the most heavily sprayed crops; so you are also ingesting the pesticides that have been applied to said food source. As for sugar, this ingredient has gone through so much processing that the final outcome can even lead to the development of cancer.
Are there really such things as harmless sweeteners? Be wise about this, as your goal of replacing sugar may actually bring more harm to your body. Note that most artificial sweeteners are loaded with chemicals. And all types of chemicals are poison!
