Before going to school, you should eat a healthy and nutrient rich breakfast that can help you stay active during school hours. And those people who skip their breakfast are more prone to gaining weight. This is because your stomach requires food in the morning, and when you don’t eat breakfast, your metabolism slows down. So being a teen, you should eat a balanced and energetic breakfast.

2. Avoid Junk Foods

Junk and sugary foods are of no use for the health of your body, so avoid them as much as possible. However, if you must eat junk food, you should gradually reduce your junk food intake. For instance, if you eat a pizza, reduce its size and eat the one that has a low calorie topping. You should also try to replace your junk food lures with something healthy. 4. Don’t Go for Starving

If you are struggling to lose weight, starving is one of the worst options. So never choose it as one of the ways to lose weight. Though starving works at first, it’s long term results are bad for the body. And in the end you might gain more weight. So avoid starving and try to lose weight sensibly.

5. Don’t Drink Alcohol

Though drinking alcohol is illegal at teenage, 99% teenagers still drink it. Drinking alcohol is one of the worst eating habits, and it ruins your body. So avoid alcohol and drink fruit juices instead.
