Food technology can be defined as learning the making of food, conservation, sacking and packing of the food. With that it also covers all the procedures from procurement of raw food till its packing and distribution to the users. Upsurge in productivity and processing of food as quickly as possible is the desire of any food industries, due to advancement in technology and development of machines which work in place of thousands of people, work can be done by installing one machine.
